Kanika Selvan’s session in on Race, leadership and code switching is a humorous, reflective and engaging session that we first ran to mark Race Equity Week but Kanika is an experienced an agile speaker and her sessions can run for any number of Calendar days from IWD to Black History Month - and many in between.
Using both personal stories and social media, Kanika facilitates a session that invites those attending to ‘walk in the shoes’
of racialised colleagues - and consider how they can find practical ways to not only drive inclusivity but celebrate the richness that racial diversity offers.
