You can host them on your own platform (e.g. Teams, Google Meets) if you like, or we are happy to host for you.

Hold them in line with your L&D calendar - or just at times that work best for your organisation.

Choose any 6 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events.
Hold these at any time throughout your 12 month membership period (we recommend no more than 1 per month but the choice is yours).
You’ll need to MC the events yourselves with this package.
All event topics and speakers must be decided upon at the beginning of the 12 month period.
If you want to increase your number of events you can, each additional event is chargeable at £1,500 per event.
All our speakers are experienced and we’ve seen them all in action lots of times. Speaker briefings before events are not included with this package.
Recording of events is not allowed with this package.

With a Gold calendar you can choose to have 15 virtual events
OR 9 virtual and 3 in person events.
You choose the dates and times of all of your events.
Hold them in line with your corporate calendar - or just at times that work best for your organisation.

Choose any 9 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events to be held live and virtually.
And choose 3 live events to take place in person at the UK venue of your choice.

Private Cultural Calendar FAQs

Your 12 month membership period starts from the date of invoice payment and continues for 12 calendar months from that date.

We like to hold a 'tech check' for every event, 15 minutes before the event begins to check sound. lighting and sharing of decks (all speakers except one to date have used decks to accompany their events). If the event is hosted on your platform, we will need you to set up this tech check, and provide an administrator to open the tech check and help work out any technical issues.

If hosting events on your own platform, a representative of the organisation will need to be present to complete the tech check 15 minutes before the event begins, administer the platform, admit guests, keep. an eye on the chat and administer the platform generally (if any of the guests needs to be muted, removed for inappropriate behaviour or can't join for technical reasons etc).

If required, Powered By Diversity will provide an MC for each event, which is included in your package. The MC will welcome guests, monitor the chat, fill space with conversation when necessary, facilitate any Q&A, and close the session. MCs will not be able to perform any administrative duties if the event is not hosted on our platform.

Analysis/ reporting of attendance is only possible if it events are hosted on our platform.

Recording of events is only allowed with the Gold package.
You are allowed to keep the recording for 12 months after which point it must be deleted.
All content is the IP of Powered By Diversity and its speakers, recordings must not be shared or distributed outside of your organisation, for any reason.

With Bronze and Silver packages, all events must be decided at the beginning of the 12 month membership period.
With the Gold event package, event topics and speakers can be decided upon at any point during the 12 month period, we strongly recommend a 3 month lead time between deciding on an event and the event taking place, this is make sure that the speaker is available and to give you, the customer, enough time to promote the event for maximum engagement. We ask for 14 days notice for cancellation or changes to event times/ dates. Of course, we will be as flexible as possible within this, this is mostly to protect our speakers schedules.

Gold packages allow customers to meet each speaker for a 30 minute briefing session prior to the event taking place.
Additional time/ briefings/ editing of content/ decks will be charged at £100 per 30 minutes.

Gold package allows customers to choose 3 live events to take place in person at the UK venue of your choice.
Please note that travel expenses are charged in addition to this package, but we can advise which speakers are local and are likely to incur less expense.
Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee spesakers’ availability for in person events.
