South Asian Heritage Month

£0.00

In this compelling session, Hannah Litt will address the barriers and challenges that South Asian communities continue to face in society and the workplace. Known for her dedication to changing the status quo, Hannah believes that true progress begins by speaking truth to power and confronting uncomfortable realities head-on but with empathy. Through this empowering talk, she will explore how breaking down systemic barriers and fostering collective healing can pave the way for a better future for all.

As a South Asian, Muslim woman from the East African diaspora with ADHD, OCD, and hidden disabilities, Hannah blends her lived experiences with her expertise as an award-winning resourcing, EDI, and social impact consultant. With a wealth of experience across industries such as Automotive, Construction, Retail, Financial Services, and Technology, she has worked with some of the largest organisations and dynamic start-ups to drive systemic change.

Hannah will highlight the importance of embracing our full identities and creating safe spaces for healing, emphasising that if we don’t talk about these challenges, we cannot heal from them. Her mission is to inspire individuals to realise their power to drive change—not only for themselves but for their communities. By encouraging open, honest dialogue and focusing on empathy, she envisions a future where everyone thrives through inclusivity and collective growth.
