We've looked at how algorithms shape what our children see, why outrage spreads so easily online, the emotional impact of doomscrolling, the pressures of comparison culture, the loneliness that can exist despite constant connection and the importance of showing kindness in digital spaces. Today is an opportunity to bring those conversations together by exploring some simple questions that encourage curiosity, reflection and independent thinking. Rather than accepting every headline, video or social media post at face value, we can help our children develop the confidence to pause, ask questions and make informed decisions about what they choose to believe.
