We have so many school speakers - and so many schools showing an interest - that we’re exploring making a calendar for schools too!

How does the Public Cultural Calendar work?
In a sentence, the public calendar is one set of events at set dates and times, with lots of different schools all joining the same events.
The benefit of a public calendar is price. Members will pay a small amount (we’re thinking around £500) into the Cultural Calendar Club kitty, and in exchange they get six of brilliant talks, delivered live every month, available for all their staff to join.
We’d put on a completely separate lineup of events designed specifically for schools (see the example on the right) but you can check out our organisations Line-up here).

We run a number of private Cultural Calendars for our business customers - and we can do this for schools too.
How do Private Cultural Calendars work?
With a private Cultural Calendar, you choose which sessions you’d like from a brilliant list of topics, and we will put them on, just for your school - or trust - at the times and dates of your choice.
The benefit of a private calendar is the privacy - it’s just for your school or trust - and the flexibility (you choose the sessions, speakers, dates and times).
Because we need to pay each speaker, the cost of a private calendar would be more (around £4,800 for 6 events)
How much is it?
We’re currently gauging interest - but to give you an indication of cost, it will be around £500 for the public calendar and £4,800 for a private one.
What are the events like?
At Cultural Calendar Club, our live online events are not webinars - they are deeply human conversations that bring people together through the shared stories of culture, identity and lived experience.
Our speakers open their hearts, sharing powerful personal journeys that make people laugh, reflect and yes, sometimes even cry.
In every session the chat comes alive as attendees connect with like-minded people, exchanging perspectives, sharing their own experiences and discovering a genuine sense of belonging.
Each of our interactive cultural events create a warm, welcoming space where curiosity and empathy thrive.
