Looking for ways to get strategic and practical about how you support parents in the workplace? This is the session for you. 

It can feel complicated, stacked with red tape and worries about what you can and can't say as an employer when it comes to engaging those who are parents - but it doesn't have to be. This is about way more than policies. Building on what is already working well for you, creating a strategy that is shaped around your business (and not some checklist on the internet) and  knowing that line managers are key to the success is the approach we're going for. This isn't a conversation reserved for the HR department - we ALL need to get behind supporting parents, because wonderful things happen when parents are in the workplace - from engagement, to performance to economic growth. 

During the session we'll talk about how you take your business from transactional to transformational when it comes to empowering line managers and parents, the kinds of things that actually keep things inclusive for parents and practical ideas you can implement - no matter what shape and size of business you have.
